About Dr. Wendy Liew and The Image Creator

The work

Dr. Wendy Liew is a corporate trainer and human capital consultant. She works with leaders and organisations on executive presence, professional image, communication, business etiquette and brand identity, drawing on more than 22 years in image and brand management.

Dr. Wendy Liew founded The Image Creator in 2008, and the firm established its own office in Kota Damansara in 2009.

Professional positions

She is the former President of the Association of Image Consultants International (AICI) Malaysia Chapter. She is the current President of the Association of Corporate Sustainability & Upcycling Network (CSUN), and continues to champion professional excellence, leadership transformation, sustainability and cross-sector collaboration through both roles.

Career impact and the two Asia Records

Her career impact is reported at more than 100,000 professionals internationally and 200+ corporations and organisations across Malaysia and Asia. She is a two-time Asia Records holder through her leadership of TIC and CSUN.

Recognition

On 7 October 2026, Asia Record recognised The Image Creator Sdn Bhd with the title “First Image Consultancy to Develop an Integrated AI-Powered Image, Voice, EQ & Executive Presence Ecosystem in 2026 (Asia Record, 7 October 2026)”.
